Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, mailing address); information about your real estate goals (timeline, budget range, financing status, preferred areas, property preferences); social media usernames you share with us; communications with us (calls, texts, emails, chat, social direct messages); appointment and transaction information; and technical data from our website (cookies, device, pages visited).
To respond to you, schedule and confirm appointments, send property and market information you asked for, provide brokerage services, manage transactions with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other parties you authorize, keep records required by Texas law and our broker, and improve our services.

We do not sell mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery, recordkeeping and compliance may process this information to supply those services.
